The EPIP Association is very pleased to announce a multi-year grant from the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The EUIPO grant (under decision #1320220004) has been made to support the understanding of IP economics and will benefit local organisers running the annual conference starting with the 2022 one in Cambridge (UK).

“Running an academic conference is difficult without external support. We are extremely grateful to the EUIPO for this grant. This grant will directly benefit further research on IP economics and thereby support the growing community of IP researchers. It allows us to make the conference even more inclusive and diverse, such as bringing in more colleagues from low- and middle-income countries” says Prof. Frank Tietze, head of the academic committee for the 2022 conference and current president of the EPIP association.
